Into Oblivion
06:00
|
|||
Fall forward into oblivion,
betrayers of man!
Take up your sacred oaths,
for the time is soon at hand
that apocalypse eschaton
must scorch the earth.
From its smokey remains will rise
Eden's last rebirth.
Take part in the reckoning
that this world deserves.
So long has she suffered derision
under lashes of thorns.
Unchain the malevolent wraith,
civ'lizations demise.
Unbridle your hatred for them,
heed not unto to their cries.

No sacrifice too great,
your sanctity blinds me.
Leaves of your tree,
servant to thee.

Wolfsmoon
03:45
|
|||
Blaz'n fury, a fire in my eyes,
brackish dark consume me.
Onyx ecstasy come tonight,
no savior to sweep me away.
Obsidian shards to tear the flesh,
alabaster to gnarl it.
Crimson stain upon the matted pelt,
a stench of rusted decay
\\\
Falling sun, rising moon,
The night has set upon the
reach of crag and holt.
Favor to none doth gloom bestow.
From time to time
a milky gleam upon the earth
is cast from the sky;
a gentle kiss sublime.
Eclipse the sun,
feel the passion rise renewed
for secrets kept beneath the dense
and twisting verdant crowns
The Wolfsmoon rises
and the vile, smitten beasts have come
to scamper in their paradise,
delighting in the sight of their butchered prey.
\\\
Poetic squall for my ears.
Give me your final howl
and I will take it away with me
into the ruinous murk of night.
A life to give, a life to take,
a life to make my own.
The dripping, draining soul
is ichor to me.

The Hunter's Sacrifice
05:29
|
|||
Pull your thorny bolt
from its quiver.
Draw your breath
and still your heart.
Nock the quarrel into place,
standing reverent as a witness
to the final throes of your prey.
Swear your fealty to the fallen
beneath the pale moons' rise and fall.
Claim the sacrifice demanded
and yearn for your grief in elegious, silvery wrawl.
\\\
Feel the zephyr as it drowns you;
feel the exhale of the soul.
Star-swept constellations guide their spirits now,
to rest accoiled to kin in their ambrosial home.

Unforgivable
02:59
|

It's already over.
Dust cannot forgive.
Weep o're bones forgotten.
Erased from Earth forthwith.
\\\
Unforgiveable.
It's too late.
Mourning Call.
Listen to their Cries.
\\\
Unforgiveable.
It's too late.
Unrepentant for too long,
end of life marches on.

Across the Brume
08:20
|
|||
I hear Him call to me
from across the brume.
His hymns still echo to those who truly seek
His legacy.
In the fissures of this mortal realm,
He can still be found.
[but] Forgotten is the time long past
when the primitive crowned
The God of the Everwild
who trod on cloven hoof.
Everlasting Holy one;
The Father that we forsook.
Yet a faithful few remain
who can still see His hand.
Devoted until death,
We pledge to life, to you, and to the land.
\\\
Forgive us Cernunnos,
God of the Wild,
Protector of [the] divinity
that man has defiled.
Hallowed be thy untamed lands,
Dominion without end;
Made in thine eternal image
which nothing transcends.
Cast into darkness,
dashed upon the stones,
and severed from the illuminating light.
Forsaken,
we roam this world blind
desecrating the temple,
and conspiring against you.
\\\
Condemned and undeserving of your gift.
Our fatal act of ignorance:
Claiming divinity as our own design,
bring upon us the righteous upheaval.
The Deer-god is poised to attack,
we dare not stand to oppose Him.
Upon His altar we will sacrifice ourselves,
a final plea for remission
.
\\\
I hear Him call to me
from across the brume.
His hymn still echoes to me.
In the fissures of this mortal realm,
He can still be found.
The God of the Everwild
is alive.
